Sunset
I missed the best of it. By the time I looked outside and saw the colours, they were already beginning to fade, but I still managed to grab a couple of quick shots.
Is there a greater bane to photographers than goddamn telephone wires?
Under template, click on page layout (assuming you upgraded blogger in the last 6 months). Click on edit Header. From there you should be able to see where you can add a photo.
Just a word of warning, however. The larger the photo, the more space it will take on top. So a 2 mb photo will eat up a lot of your blog.
In an earlier post, Jen recommended a 4x6 picture of around 72 dpi. Mine is a bit bigger than that, but the image is about 150k, to give you an idea.
I meant to write earlier that Nuuk, Greenland is a wonderful place for many reasons including that most of the telephone wires are underground! -- making Nuuk picture perfect.
One more reason to want to visit Nuuk. I wish they would put that charter back on they had a couple of years ago...where it was $1400 for a charter to Nuuk, plus four nights at a hotel.
We'd only been in Iqaluit a few months, and I had only just started working, so we couldn't do it. But I'd love another crack at it.
